In a separate regulatory notice, The Goldman Sachs Group announced that, through controlled entities, it had crossed the 5 % indirect ownership threshold in French auto‑parts maker Forvia (formerly Faurecia) as of 20 July 2026. The declaration details 9,788,458 Forvia shares (5.97 % of capital), as well as additional holdings derived from loan‑backed securities, call‑options, swaps, and warrants that extend to 2036 and beyond.
