FLEX launches new 18-volt cordless angle grinders

FLEX has expanded its 18-volt product line with the introduction of two new cordless angle grinders: the LB 125-15 18-EC and the LBE 125-15 18-EC. These models feature brushless EC motors and are designed for cutting and grinding tasks using discs up to 125 millimeters.

When paired with a high-capacity 8-Ah battery, the manufacturer states the tools provide performance comparable to a 1,500-watt corded angle grinder. The LB model reaches a maximum no-load speed of 8,500 rpm, while the LBE model allows for speed adjustments in four stages between 3,000 and 8,500 rpm, making it suitable for tasks involving brushes, sanding pads, or cleaning and renovation work. Safety features include an electronic brake and anti-kickback functionality.
