Flight attendant recounts stressful Wizz Air incident in Banja Luka

A Croatian flight attendant, known on TikTok as ‘kimelita. hr’, shared a recount of the most stressful day of her career while working for Wizz Air. The incident occurred during a flight rotation involving Tirana, Basel, and Banja Luka.

During a flight from Banja Luka to Basel, passengers faced significant distress due to a technical malfunction and a lack of air conditioning in temperatures reaching 30-35 degrees Celsius. The crew initially boarded passengers, only to have them deplane when the technical issue could not be resolved. After a brief period where it appeared the issue was fixed, the same error recurred, leading to the eventual cancellation of the flight.

Following the cancellation, the airline provided passengers with hotel accommodations and covered related costs. One passenger was briefly banned from flying but was permitted to travel after offering an apology.
