Flight from Basel to Tuzla diverted to Budapest after passenger lit cigarette

The diversion caused a delay of nearly three hours for the passengers, with the flight arriving at approximately 22:05 instead of the scheduled 19:20. The disruption also impacted subsequent flight schedules, specifically a flight from Tuzla to Cologne.
