FlixBus expands routes across Italy with new services

FlixBus announced a major summer network reinforcement in the province of Foggia (Capitanata). Eight stops in the area will see increased frequencies and a new direct line to Naples, with additional connections to Grottaminarda and Avellino. Main routes such as Rome (up to five trips daily), Sicily, Calabria and Rimini also received more daily services. The operator emphasized sustainability, noting bus emissions are up to five times lower than those of a car, and introduced a passenger questionnaire, booking via ChatGPT and payment options including Klarna.

The company also broadened its Aosta hub, adding routes to Ligurian towns (La Spezia, Savona), Adriatic ports (Civitanova Marche, Porto San Giorgio, San Benedetto del Tronto) and art cities (Arezzo, Ascoli Piceno). Daily frequencies to Perugia, Rome, Bologna, Turin, Florence and Milan were increased, and new international links to Paris, Chamonix‑Mont‑Blanc, Auxerre and Dijon were introduced. Airport connections from Aosta and Courmayeur to Milan Malpensa and Bergamo were doubled.
