Flâneur Liquids recalls beer due to glass contamination
Flâneur Liquids ApS is recalling its 'Moersleutel Motor Oil' special beer due to the discovery of glass fragments in the product. The Danish Veterinary and Food Administration has warned that the presence of glass poses a potential health risk, as it could cause injuries to the mouth, throat, and gastrointestinal tract.
The affected product consists of 33cl cans that were brewed on July 24, 2024, and have a best-before date of July 24, 2027. The beer has been sold nationwide at Meny stores, as well as in select Letkøb, Spar, and Mini Marked locations.
Consumers who have purchased this beer are advised to either discard it or return it to the store where it was bought. The Food Administration also recommends that individuals experiencing symptoms contact a doctor or emergency medical services.
