FLO releases sophomore R&B album ‘Therapy at the Club’

GRAMMY-nominated R&B trio FLO has released their sophomore studio album, ‘Therapy at the Club’, via Republic Records. The 16-track project explores themes of desire, heartbreak, and emotional healing, using the concept of a night out as a framework for diaristic storytelling.

The album features collaborations with various industry producers, including Amy Allen, Steph Jones, Julian Bunetta, and Boy Matthews, as well as returning collaborators such as Skippz, Oak Felder, and Sevyn Streeter. The release is supported by the single ‘Leak It’, which has become the group’s highest-charting solo single in the UK, and the launch of a new music video for the track ‘Cry Ugly’.

Members of the group expressed pride in the project, noting its personal nature. The album includes tracks such as ‘Remedied’ and ‘Don’t Break Her Heart’, the latter of which was previously featured during the group’s NPR Tiny Desk performance.
