Floani launches SaaS tool to animate system architecture diagrams
Floani is a new SaaS tool designed to animate technical diagrams and explain complex system architectures. Developed by Elber, a technology professional with over 20 years of experience, the platform aims to move beyond static imagery by adding motion to connections and flows, such as the path from a client to an API, queue, worker, and database.
The editor combines diagram creation and presentation within a single canvas. Key features include AI-integrated diagram refinement, support for Mermaid imports, and the ability to connect with tools like Claude, Codex, and Cursor via MCP. Users can organize explanations into scenes with camera movements and export their work as interactive diagrams, embedded content, or MP4 and GIF files.
