Flock Drone Art's Spanish Drone Shows Reach Guinness Record and 2 Million‑Euro Revenue Goal

Flock Drone Art, a drone‑light‑show company based in Celrà, Spain, has expanded its operations and revenue after a series of high‑visibility projects. The firm staged a 700‑drone display over the Sagrada Família during Pope Leo XIV’s visit and, days later, set a Guinness World Record in Oporto for the longest aerial phrase, synchronising 3,097 drones.

The company, founded by former live‑music and drone‑photography professional Fran Arnau alongside partners Ernest Biosca and Joan Pleixats, now employs 16 staff and forecasts earnings of two million euros for the current year, up from about 1.6 million euros last year. Its fleet exceeds 3,000 drones, supporting roughly 40‑45 shows annually, with a target to increase that number by 2026. About 45 % of its business comes from municipal and public‑sector clients, while the remainder is private‑sector work, including advertising and brand activations.

Internationally, Flock Drone Art conducts projects in Portugal, Germany, Morocco, Qatar and Italy, accounting for roughly 30 % of its workload. The company continues to seek investment to expand its fleet and meet rising market demand.
