Floor Jansen announces solo album ‘Hytress’ and 2027 world tour

Nightwish vocalist Floor Jansen has announced her second solo studio album, titled ‘Hytress’, scheduled for release on January 15, 2027, via REVAMP Music and Warner Music. The announcement is accompanied by the release of her new single, ‘Bring Me Silence’.

Jansen described the new material as a more intense and direct chapter of her solo career, moving toward a heavier metal and hard rock sound compared to her debut album, ‘Paragon’. She noted that the single explores themes of seeking mental clarity and personal space.

To support the release, Jansen will embark on the ‘Hytress Tour 2027’, a global tour covering club stages across Europe and South America. A scheduled performance in Paris at the Bataclan is set for the same day as the album release, January 15, 2027. The upcoming album tracklist includes songs such as ‘Reverse Polarity’, ‘Everything Is Moving On’, and ‘Cathedral Of One’.
