Flora Canto discusses past betrayal by Filippo Bisciglia

Comedian and presenter Flora Canto has opened up about a traumatic experience from her past involving a betrayal by her former partner, Filippo Bisciglia. Speaking on the program ‘La Volta Buona’ hosted by Caterina Balivo, Canto reflected on the incident that occurred approximately twenty years ago during the sixth edition of the reality show ‘Grande Fratello’.

At the time, Canto was 21 years old and relatively unknown to the public, while Bisciglia was a contestant in the house. Canto described the experience as “traumatic,” noting that the combination of the emotional betrayal and the intense media scrutiny made it difficult to process. She recalled struggling with her health during that period, stating, “I wasn't eating, I was unwell, I didn't have the weapons to face it.”

Canto credited her family for helping her through the ordeal. She noted that while the situation was devastating at the time, she now possesses more emotional maturity and resilience to handle similar challenges. Bisciglia, who has since become a well-known television host, reportedly had the affair with fellow contestant Simona Salvemini during his time on the show.
