Flora Wiström releases new novel ‘Stortaxi’

Flora Wiström has released her second novel, ‘Stortaxi’, published by Norstedts. The book is described as a generational novel that explores the lives of six young adults representing Generation Z in Stockholm.

The narrative follows a diverse group of friends, including an architect, an art student with a gambling addiction, a single mother, an unsuccessful actor, a civil society activist, and a troublemaker. The story examines the pressures facing today's 30-year-olds, specifically using the decision to have children as a catalyst for conflict within the group, touching upon social pressures, politics, and the fertility industry.
