Florentino Pérez and Enrique Cerezo seen together at Metropolitano

Real Madrid President Florentino Pérez and Atlético Madrid President Enrique Cerezo were seen together in the VIP box at the Metropolitano stadium during a recent derby. Their cordial interaction, which included greetings and shared glances, has sparked discussion regarding the political and social standing of Real Madrid within Spanish football.

Observers noted that the encounter was unusual compared to previous meetings between the two club leaders. The interaction has led to debates about whether Real Madrid is becoming more isolated within the country, as local perceptions in cities like Valencia shift from national admiration to more localized support for regional teams.
