Florida hosts various fall festivals and culinary events

Florida is hosting various seasonal festivals and culinary events throughout the fall season. In the Orlando area, the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is scheduled to run from late August through November 21, 2026. Other notable Orlando food events include Visit Orlando’s Magical Dining, which offers prix-fixe menus at over 180 restaurants, and the Casselberry Food and Wine Festival.

On Florida’s Adventure Coast, autumn activities include the Wild ‘N’ Wicked Nights at Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, featuring themed mermaid shows and mazes. Local farms such as HarvestMoon Fun Farm and Sweetfields Farm are offering corn mazes, pumpkin patches, and hayrides. Additionally, the May-Stringer House Museum hosts GhostFest, and the Florida Sand Music Ranch features the Camping with the Blues event.

At Walt Disney World, the transition to the fall season has seen a shift in park attendance and wait times. Following the start of the school season, average wait times at Disney’s Animal Kingdom have seen a decline, with attractions like Avatar Flight of Passage averaging 38 minutes.
