Florida Intendencia advances LGBT+ inclusion certification

The Dirección General de Desarrollo Social of the Intendencia de Florida completed the third module of a training program aimed at obtaining the Distinctive Seal awarded by the Cámara de Comercio y Negocios LGBT+. The session, held in a conference room at a shopping centre, focused on best institutional practices, non‑discriminatory treatment and respect for diversity. Participants received tools to build more inclusive and equitable workplaces and to strengthen public policies that protect the rights of all people.

The training is part of a broader effort by the department to improve team capacities and to develop inclusive public policies, with the ultimate goal of earning the LGBT+ business chamber’s certification.
