Florida Multifamily Developments Progress with New 240-Unit Entrada Completion

Construction on the Boynton Beach Multifamily project in Florida, a 210‑unit community for active adults 55+, is nearing completion. Exterior work, including roofing, stucco, and pool finishes, is about 75% done, while interior work such as drywall and mechanical systems is roughly 95% complete. The development has created around 674 EB‑5 jobs, reflecting $54.3 million in eligible expenditures.

BBL Building Company announced the completion of Entrada, a new 240‑unit multifamily community in Cape Coral, Florida. The resort‑style project features a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, pickleball courts and other amenities, and is now leasing. The company highlighted the collaborative effort of its ownership group and trade partners in delivering the community.

Both projects add significant housing capacity to the growing Southwest Florida market and illustrate ongoing investment in Class A multifamily assets in the region.
