Florida pet daycare owner arrested for voyeurism

Donald Hemphill, the 59-year-old owner of the Dog Dayz Inn pet daycare near New Smyrna Beach, Florida, has been arrested on 21 counts of voyeurism. The investigation began after employees discovered a hidden camera disguised as an electrical outlet in one of the facility's bathrooms.

Authorities from the Volusia County Child Exploitation Unit took over the case after discovering that Hemphill had recorded multiple individuals without consent, including a minor. Following a search warrant of the property and the daycare facility, investigators are working to determine the full extent of the illicit activity.
