Florida State prepares to host Virginia following updated injury reports

Florida State is set to host Virginia in Tallahassee this Saturday as the Seminoles (2-2, 0-1 ACC) seek their first conference win of the season. Following a recent victory over Central Arkansas, Florida State aims to build momentum and avoid further setbacks in their ACC campaign.

Virginia (3-1, 1-0 ACC) enters the matchup with a strong rushing attack, averaging 192.8 yards per game. The Seminoles will face challenges containing Virginia's mobile quarterback, Beau Pribula, and managing a defense that has struggled against both the run and the pass.

Injury reports indicate significant roster changes for both teams. For Florida State, linebacker Noah LaVallee has been added to the out list, while running back Samuel Singleton Jr. and defensive lineman Darryll Desir remain unavailable. Virginia faces several absences, with running back Peyton Lewis and offensive lineman Grant Ellinger both downgraded to out, and defensive end Devon Baxter listed as doubtful.
