Florinel Coman Near Serie A Transfer to Frosinone

Romanian international forward Florinel Coman, 28, has indicated he no longer wishes to remain at Al‑Gharafa in Qatar, where he is in the final year of a €6 million contract. He has made 26 appearances for the Qatari club, scoring three goals and providing one assist.

His agent, Federico Pastorello, is negotiating a move to newly‑promoted Serie A side Frosinone, likely as a season‑long loan with the Italian club covering Coman’s full salary of about €170 000 a month. Frosinone is the most interested party, though Monza and Lecce have also been mentioned.

If the transfer does not materialise, former club FCSB owner Gigi Becali has reiterated his intention to bring the player back to Romania. The negotiations remain ongoing amid Al‑Gharafa’s reluctance to release the player without favorable terms.
