Romanian clubs active in summer transfer market: Coman eyed by FCSB, Rapid adds Bubanja and Kamara

Romanian international winger Florinel Coman, 28, is reported by Italian media as seeking a return to his former club FCSB. After a short loan spell at Cagliari and a stint with Al‑Gharafa in Qatar, Coman told the Qatari side he wants to leave, stating, “I have spoken to Al‑Gharafa and I no longer want to continue.” Italian reports suggest a “price accessible” could enable a transfer back to FCSB, with Serie A clubs Lecce and others also monitoring him.

In Bucharest, Rapid announced two summer signings. Mid‑fielder Vladan Bubanja arrived on a season‑long loan from Croatian side NK Osijek with an option to buy, while Liberian forward Mohammed Kamara signed a two‑year contract after two seasons at CFR Cluj. Both players are expected to strengthen Rapid’s squad for a campaign that aims at European competition next season.
