Flotek Industries and Duolingo face separate securities class action lawsuits
Two separate securities fraud class action lawsuits have been announced involving Flotek Industries, Inc. and Duolingo, Inc.
In the case against Flotek Industries, Inc. (NYSE: FTK), the Rosen Law Firm has notified investors who purchased securities between August 3, 2026, and August 17, 2026, of a deadline to seek lead plaintiff status by October 26, 2026. The litigation, filed by Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, concerns allegations of material misstatements or omissions regarding the company’s growth and monetization strategies. Investors who acquired Duolingo Class A common stock between May 2, 2025, and February 26, 2026, have until December 7, 2026, to apply for lead plaintiff status.
