Anna Tamburri and Valerio Fantinelli run Flour & Fire, a private supper club and catering business based in a self-built commercial kitchen and dining area in their suburban backyard near Fremantle, Australia.

The dining experience features bespoke set menus utilizing fruits, vegetables, and herbs sourced from the couple’s farm in Waroona. The service emphasizes the origin of ingredients and handcrafted elements, including tableware and cutlery made from natural materials found on their farm.

Valerio Fantinelli, an Italian-born chef with experience in Abruzzo, Western Australia, and Bali, leads the culinary offerings. The business, which began in 2018, hosts up to a dozen guests per session.
