Flow Engineering raises $50 million in Series B funding

San Francisco-based Flow Engineering has secured $50 million in Series B funding, bringing the company’s valuation to $750 million. The investment round was co-led by Valor Equity Partners and Atreides Management, with participation from Sequoia Capital, Human Capital, Evantic, SV Angel, Odyssey, and EQT.

Flow Engineering provides an agentic platform designed for hardware development. Its AI agents integrate CAD drawings with product requirements, simulation results, and testing data to ensure alignment and identify discrepancies. The platform aims to bring the rapid iteration culture of software development to physical engineering workflows.

The company serves customers in the defense, aerospace, and automotive sectors, including Anduril, Rivian, Joby Aviation, Stoke Space, and the Rivian–Volkswagen joint venture RV Tech. The new capital will be used to expand engineering teams, enhance evaluation capabilities, scale sales, and pursue FedRAMP authorization and other regulatory certifications.
