Flow expands branded residential real estate into the UAE

Flow, a branded residential real estate operator founded by Adam Neumann, has announced its expansion into the United Arab Emirates after receiving a commercial licence from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). The company is currently in advanced negotiations for projects and expects to open its first communities in Dubai and Abu Dhabi by the first quarter of 2027.

As part of its regional growth, Flow plans to open an experience centre in Al Quoz by December to serve as a design studio and Dubai office. The company is actively hiring, with the Dubai team having grown to 16 employees and a target of 40 to 50 staff by the end of 2026. The UAE team will also support development projects in the United States and Saudi Arabia.

Established in 2021 with a $350 million investment from Andreessen Horowitz, Flow manages a $2.5 billion portfolio comprising 8,500 residences. This follows the company's 2024 entry into the Saudi Arabian market through the acquisition of approximately 1,000 units.
