Fluence Energy faces securities fraud class action lawsuit

Fluence Energy, Inc. is facing a securities fraud class action lawsuit following allegations that the company misrepresented or failed to disclose issues regarding its contract-manufacturing capacity. The complaint, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, covers a class period from November 24, 2025, through September 16, 2026.

Investors allege that the company failed to disclose problems with its Houston facility's readiness, which reportedly resulted in approximately $400 million of deliveries being pushed into fiscal 2027. These disclosures followed unexpected earnings and guidance, contributing to a significant reduction in the company's market capitalization.

Several law firms, including Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP, Levi and Korsinsky, and Bleichmar Fonti and Auld, are involved in the litigation. Investors seeking lead plaintiff status have been given deadlines ranging from November 27 to November 30, 2026.
