Fluminense cleared to field Hulk in upcoming Brazilian league match

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) approved an early registration request, allowing striker Hulk to be eligible for Fluminense before the standard international transfer window. The club plans to include him in its next Série A fixture against Bragantino on 17 July at the Maracanã.

Fluminense will also stage two pre‑season friendlies at the Maracanã: against Nova Iguaçu on 8 July and against Bahia on 12 July, with the Hulk debut slated for the Nova Iguaçu match. The team’s other high‑profile signing, defender Thiago Silva, still awaits FIFA clearance after his stint with Porto.
