Fluminense players praise veteran leadership and squad support

Fluminense players have highlighted the importance of veteran leadership and teammate support within the squad. Fullback Guga praised the impact of Thiago Silva and goalkeeper Fábio, describing Silva as a ‘coach on the field’ due to his tactical intelligence and ability to make rapid game readings.

Colombian defender Julián Millán also noted that the support from his teammates has been essential to his successful adaptation to the Rio de Janeiro club following his move from Uruguay. Millán is currently competing for a starting position on the left side of the defense, while Thiago Silva remains a mainstay in the backline.
