Fluminense registers South African forward Kgomotso Madiba for Libertadores

Fluminense has officially registered 18-year-old South African forward Kgomotso Madiba for the Copa Libertadores quarter-finals. The young attacker, who joined the club in January, will occupy the roster spot vacated by midfielder Davi Melo following his loan to Uruguay's Central Español.

Madiba, a former U-20 Africa Cup of Nations champion with South Africa, has been a standout performer for Fluminense's under-20 side. He is set to be part of the squad for the upcoming continental clash against Argentina's Platense at the Maracanã.
