Flávio Bolsonaro endorses Pablo Marçal amid judicial inquiries

Senator Flávio Bolsonaro has announced his support for influencer Pablo Marçal in the presidential race. During a campaign event in São Paulo, the senator described Marçal as well-intentioned and stated he supports all figures defending Brazil. This endorsement comes despite a Superior Electoral Court (TSE) ruling that prevents Marçal's candidate from accessing party funds or participating in debates.

Separately, the judiciary in São Paulo has ordered Flávio Bolsonaro's office to provide information regarding potential contracts with advertiser Eduardo Fischer. The order is part of a debt execution process involving nearly R$ 40 million owed by Fischer and his associated companies to an investment fund. A judge noted preliminary indications of Fischer's possible involvement in Flávio Bolsonaro's presidential pre-campaign, though the Liberal Party (PL) maintains it has no contractual link with the advertiser.
