Flávio Canto to hold free lecture in Goiânia

Olympic bronze medalist Flávio Canto will deliver a free lecture at Teatro Goiânia this Wednesday, October 14. The event is part of the 40th Copa Sesc programming.

Under the theme ‘Black belt with a white belt spirit,’ Canto will discuss discipline, resilience, humility, and the lessons learned throughout his judo career. The former Brazilian national team athlete, who won bronze at the 2004 Athens Olympics, intends to reflect on performance, legacy, and the importance of continuous learning.

Beyond his athletic achievements, Canto is recognized for his social impact work through the Instituto Reação, an organization that uses judo as a tool for the development and inclusion of children and youth.
