Fly Over Kai Tak treadmill charity challenge features family relay races

The ‘Fly Over Kai Tak’ treadmill charity challenge held its parent-child category at the Kai Tak Sports Park. The two-day event featured families competing in 20-minute relay races to cover the longest possible distance.

Notable achievements included a father and his 12-year-old son successfully defending their title from the previous year and securing the overall championship. Another father-daughter duo achieved a fourth consecutive victory in the parent-daughter category.

The event also highlighted multi-generational participation, with a team consisting of a 69-year-old grandmother, her son, and her grandson taking first place. The oldest participant, a 71-year-old man, competed alongside his son-in-law and grandson, securing second place.
