Fly to the Sky announces R&B duo comeback after eight years

The South Korean R&B duo Fly to the Sky has announced they are preparing for a comeback after an eight-year hiatus. The news was shared by member Hwanhee during an appearance on the KBS2 variety program ‘Mr. House Husband’ and subsequently teased by member Brian on social media.

Hwanhee noted that the reunion discussions intensified after Brian attended his solo concert last year. Brian confirmed the news on Instagram, sharing photos from a recording studio and stating, ‘If you wait just a little longer, we may be back very soon.’

The duo, who debuted in 1999, last released a full-group album, ‘Fly High’, in 2019. The hiatus followed periods of individual activities and Brian’s public discussions regarding vocal instability and performance-related anxiety. The members have also previously denied long-standing rumors of a personal feud between them.
