FLYING JAPAN and Yamato Transport launch luggage delivery for tourists

FLYING JAPAN has partnered with Yamato Transport to launch a luggage delivery service at its Namba Traveler Center to support inbound tourists. The service aims to promote ‘hands-free tourism’ by allowing travelers to ship large bags directly to accommodations or airports.

Key features of the service include same-day delivery to selected hotels in Osaka, Kyoto, and Kobe, as well as next-day delivery to Kansai International Airport. To improve efficiency, the service supports digital shipping label issuance via smartphones in both Japanese and English. The initiative is designed to reduce travel stress for visitors, particularly those from South Korea, and to alleviate congestion in popular tourist areas.
