FNM S.p.A. reports 4% revenue increase to 340.1 million euros

FNM S.p.A. has approved its abbreviated consolidated semi-annual financial statements for the period ending June 30, 2026. The Group reported a 4% increase in revenues, reaching 340.1 million euros.

This growth was driven by higher rental fees for rolling stock, specifically for TSR and Coradia trains, as well as maintenance and revamping activities. Additionally, the company benefited from the progressive delivery of five new rolling stock units leased to Trenord and capital gains from the sale of real estate and rolling stock totaling 1.8 million euros.

Other contributing factors included increased motorway toll revenue due to higher traffic and tariff adjustments, alongside energy sales from new plants. These gains were partially offset by a contraction in revenues related to railway infrastructure and road transport management, which had previously been supported by insurance indemnities and Covid-19 relief funds in 2025.
