Folds of Honor Collegiate golf tournament begins in Michigan

The fifth annual Folds of Honor Collegiate golf tournament is scheduled to take place from September 7 to September 9 at the American Dunes Golf Club in Grand Haven, Michigan. The event features a combined field of 27 men's and women's teams from 22 different colleges and universities, including several top-30 ranked programs, service academies, and Historically Black Colleges & Universities (HBCUs).

Among the notable competitors are the preseason sixth-ranked Duke women's golf team and the Michigan State golf programs. The tournament is broadcast live on the Golf Channel, with coverage scheduled for multiple time slots throughout the three-day competition.

The Folds of Honor Collegiate serves to raise awareness and funds for Folds of Honor, an organization dedicated to providing educational scholarships to the children and spouses of fallen or disabled military members and first responders.
