Folk Singer Phương Thảo Unveils 10,000 m² Garden Estate with Villa, Fish Pond and Pickleball Court

Vietnamese folk singer NSND Phương Thảo has developed a sprawling garden estate of nearly 10,000 m² in a hilly area outside Hanoi. Construction began in 2019 on a plot of more than 8,000 m² and has been expanded over several phases, now comprising a three‑storey villa of about 300 m² per floor, a fish pond, fruit orchards, a vegetable garden and a dedicated pickleball court.

Thảo describes the project as a personal retreat she turned to during the COVID‑19 pandemic, designing the buildings in a modern Indochine style and managing the landscaping herself. The estate serves as a weekend gathering place for fellow artists and friends, and she enjoys daily activities such as feeding the fish and playing pickleball for health and recreation.
