Folkart Terra residential project opens in Çeşme, Turkey
Folkart Terra, a new mixed‑use residential development by Folkart Yapı, opened in Çeşme on Turkey’s Aegean coast. The project covers about 56,000 m² and comprises 77 villas and 46 residence apartments of various layouts, together with a boutique market and other commercial spaces.
Designed by the internationally recognised Tabanlıoğlu Architects, the complex blends modern architectural lines with local Ege‑region materials and landscaping. Amenities include an open swimming pool, children’s pool, safe playgrounds, walking trails, padel and basketball courts, as well as event and social areas for residents.
Folkart Yapı Chairman Mesut Sancak said the development is the company’s seventh project in Çeşme and highlighted payment options such as cash‑discounts and installment plans. Sales of the villas and residences continue, targeting buyers who want year‑round living that respects the natural environment.
