Local officials are pursuing formal complaints for contractual non-compliance against the contracted company. The service provider has cited difficulties in recruiting drivers who meet the specific technical requirements and qualifications outlined in the tender specifications.

In an effort to resolve the impasse, the municipality has launched an extraordinary recruitment appeal. They are inviting qualified citizens holding Category D licenses and CQC (Driver Certificate of Professional Competence) for persons to submit their applications urgently to ensure the regularity and safety of the service for the remainder of the school year.
