Fomo reaches 2.7 million users with $200 million daily trading volume
Fomo, a financial social network, has reported reaching 2.7 million international users with a daily trading volume of approximately $200 million. Co-founder Park Se-yong stated that the platform's cumulative trading volume has reached between $14 billion and $15 billion.
The platform aims to function as a unified financial social network that connects digital assets with stocks, commodities, and prediction markets. Unlike traditional financial media that reports after trades occur, Fomo allows users to share their investment logic, buy/sell history, and profit/loss data in real-time to foster a social ecosystem.
To simplify the complexity of on-chain asset trading, Fomo focuses on making blockchain technology intuitive so users do not need to manage multiple wallets or complex tools. While the platform facilitates learning through social interaction, it has intentionally excluded automated copy-trading features to ensure users make their own independent investment decisions. The company allocates over 50% of its revenue to user rewards and referral fees, with the remainder invested in technical development.
