The third edition of the Acti’Jeunes 3.0 caravan, led by the Fondation Ma Bannière, concluded its tour in Ntoum on August 8. The initiative, founded by First Lady Zita Oligui Nguema, traveled through Libreville, Akanda, Owendo, Bikélé, and Ntoum to support youth struggling with drug addiction.
