Fondazione CRAL funds lighting upgrades for Italian cathedrals
The Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Alessandria (CRAL) has approved significant funding for architectural lighting upgrades at two major cathedrals in Italy.
In Casale Monferrato, the foundation is providing 75,542 euros to the Diocese of Casale Monferrato. This includes 69,042.22 euros for a technological relamping of the Sant'Evasio Cathedral using a new LED system, and 6,500 euros to support a Baroque music concert for the patron saint's feast on November 12.
Additionally, the foundation has allocated 89,670 euros to the Diocese of Alessandria for a new high-efficiency LED lighting system. This project focuses on the 106-meter bell tower of the Alessandria Cathedral, designed to enhance its architectural volumes and visibility while promoting energy savings and local tourism.
