Fondazione Fiera Milano has announced a 66 million euro investment for the construction of Hotel Scarampo in Milan. The new structure will be a 90-meter tall tower consisting of 23 floors.

Managed by Una Italian Hospitality, the hotel will feature 173 rooms and is expected to be completed in 2027. The building is designed to overlook the MiCo congress center and aims to integrate elements of fashion, art, and economy. The architectural design of the facades is intended to evoke fashion pleats, while the ground floor will include a pedestrian art path.
