Fondazione ITL presents PortCREW project at Seatrade Cruise Med

The Fondazione ITL participated in Seatrade Cruise Med 2026 to present the PortCREW project. This European initiative explores how digital tools and smart solutions can assist Mediterranean destinations in managing increasing tourist pressure.

Presented within the CruiseItaly pavilion, the project aims to use innovation to create more sustainable tourist flows. PortCREW is currently working on testing its platform and launching new eco-tourism packages to promote alternative itineraries and mitigate the negative impacts of over-tourism.
