Fondazione MPS opens final applications for IKIGAI Talenti program

The application period is closing soon for the new edition of IKIGAI Talenti, a program promoted by Fondazione MPS. The initiative is designed to help young people in the provinces of Siena, Arezzo, and Grosseto develop professional skills and career prospects.

Participants up to the age of 35 can receive individual contributions of up to 6,000 euros to fund professional growth projects. These funds can be used for master's degrees, advanced training courses, technical or professional paths, certifications, or on-the-job training in collaboration with companies and professionals.

In addition to financial support, the program provides personalized orientation and guidance to help participants define and achieve their career goals. Interested individuals can apply online via the official website and are encouraged to attend an online workshop scheduled for September 18.
