Fondazione Toscana Life Sciences renews governance with Francesco Frati as President

The governance of the Fondazione Toscana Life Sciences has been renewed. The Steering Committee has appointed the new Board of Directors, confirming Francesco Frati as the President of the entity.

The new Board of Directors includes Federico Barnabé, Debora Berti, Mario Del Secco, Emanuele Pomponi, Vittoria Raffa, Alessandro Toscano, Marco Turillazzi, and Andrea Lippo Vanni. Additionally, a new Board of Auditors has been established, consisting of Marzia Mucciarelli as President, alongside Giacomo Brogi and Claudio Gasperini Signorini.

These new governing bodies will remain in office for four fiscal years. Francesco Frati expressed his gratitude for being reappointed and emphasized the foundation's crucial role within the life sciences ecosystem in Siena and Tuscany, noting the importance of collaborating with local institutions.
