Fontaines D.C. release fifth studio album Dopamine Chamber

Irish alternative rock band Fontaines D.C. has released their fifth full-length studio album, titled ‘Dopamine Chamber’. Released on October 16 through the independent British label XL Recordings, the 11-song record follows their 2024 album ‘Romance’.

The album features a diverse sonic palette, incorporating industrial textures, electronics, loops, and synthesizers while maintaining the band's rock roots. It includes a collaboration with Spanish artist Rosalía on the third single, ‘Where is Gone?’, a duet with frontman Grian Chatten.

Midweek chart data suggests the album is on track to reach number one on the UK Official Albums Chart. Additionally, singles such as ‘Marianne’ and ‘Six Shot Morning’ have seen high placements on the UK Official Trending Charts.
