Foo Fighters open for AC/DC in St. Louis stadium show

Foo Fighters performed as a one-night-only opening act for AC/DC during a sold-out stadium show at the Dome at America's Center in St. Louis on Tuesday night. The Foo Fighters stepped in to fill the support slot originally intended for The Pretty Reckless, who were unable to perform.

Dave Grohl described the opportunity as a “huge fucking bucket list check” and expressed excitement to watch AC/DC perform. The Foo Fighters played a nine-song set featuring hits such as “All My Life” and “Everlong.” AC/DC followed with a 21-song set, beginning with “If You Want Blood (You Got It)” and concluding with “For Those About to Rock (We Salute You).”

During the performance, Grohl teased the possibility of a future joint tour, stating, “I don’t know if we’ll ever open for AC/DC again, although honestly I think it’d be a great fucking tour.”
