Food Festival 2026 to host seafood masterclass in Aarhus

Food Festival 2026 will feature a free masterclass focused on fish and seafood for chefs and servers on September 6 at Tangkrogen in Aarhus. Organized by HORESTA and the Fish and Seafood Partnership (L&F), the two-hour session will be led by former Bocuse d’Or winner Kenneth Toft-Hansen.

Participants will receive professional guidance on selecting high-quality fish, understanding catch and farming methods, navigating labeling and sustainability standards, and meeting food control requirements for menus. The session aims to equip industry professionals with the knowledge to answer increasing guest inquiries and better manage suppliers. The masterclass also provides access to the broader festival, which runs from September 4 to 6 and includes events such as the Danish Hotdog Championship.
