The 49th edition of Food & Hospitality Asia (FHA), organized by Informa Markets, is scheduled to take place from April 20 to 23, 2027, at the Singapore Expo. The international trade event expects to host over 60,000 attendees and more than 1,820 exhibitors representing 110 countries and regions.

FHA 2027 will introduce several new developments, including the expansion of the FHA Manufacturing landscape. This sector will cover food ingredients, advanced processing solutions, automation, sustainable packaging, and supply chain resilience. Additionally, the event will build upon the partnership with IndusFood Asia to highlight the Indian food and beverage ecosystem.
