Food Network renews Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking for season 3

Food Network has renewed the competition series ‘Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking’ for a third season, which is scheduled to premiere in the fourth quarter of 2026. The upcoming season will adopt a tournament-style format featuring four teams based on the Hogwarts houses: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin.

Hosts James and Oliver Phelps, known for playing Fred and George Weasley in the film franchise, will return for the new season. Due to a reduction in the show’s budget, production is relocating from the United Kingdom to Canada. Previous seasons were filmed in the UK using sets from Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden and the Warner Bros. Studio Tour London.

The renewal coincides with the 25th anniversary of the release of ‘Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone’. Warner Horizon Unscripted Television is producing the series, with Dan Sacks, Bridgette Theriault, and Yasmin Shackleton serving as executive producers.
